Okay. So. The vision problems yesterday were apparently a (very advanced) warning of upcoming migraine. Which is unusual, because I've never had an aura that far advanced of the actual headache before. But it was a migraine. Oh, yes, it was a migraine. I woke up this morning in blind pain because one side of my head was trying to split itself open, staggered downstairs to get something for the pain, crashed out for another four hours waiting for the fucking thing to go away. My head is still achey and tender, particularly along the line back from my left eye.
Shoulda figured it out when I lost peripheral vision on the left side yesterday. My migraines always happen on the left side. It's, ah, been a while since I had one that severe, though.
Stress, anxiety, not sleeping. These are things I should not do. Unfortunately, these are also things I tend to do with the kind of week I've just had. *sighs heavily*
