Me-stuff, slightly TMI (woman's problems)

Okay. Should have seen that one coming. Um. If anyone noticed a post going up and coming down again last night, what happened was that I had a panic attack. One which I should have seen coming, since ... Um. Since I've been increasingly anxious and stressed the past few days, and my period hit just today -_-; Every fucking month, reliable as clockwork. My worst mood swings and moments of panic happen in the few days running up to my period, with the worst the day just before. *facepalms* These days, I can actually predict my period coming based on my mood.

Which I should probably do the other way around, I know. I've a fairly regular cycle, and I should note down when to expect it so I can figure out when randomly freaking out at stuff and wandering around the house in a panic is likely to be a thing. I just ... am bad at keeping track of things -_-;

So. Um. That's why that post went up and went down again. It was a bit worse than normal, that panic attack, but part of that is probably situational, since this was a fairly stressful week all 'round. *sighs* My apologies for being, um, erratic.
