So. Long few weeks. For some reason, I've actually started taking naps, usually after a shower and before dinner. I'm just ... very tired the past while. *shrugs*
In TV terms, I've been catching up with Once Upon A Time, up to 3x05. Um. Look. Apparently I will forgive one hell of a lot in order to watch Bobby Carlyle as a trickster sorcerer? I mean, I don't see much problem with this.
And, to finish on a slightly related but mostly not topic, I recently came across this idea for a race-bent Addams Family. Positing OUAT's Giancarlo Esposito (Sidney Glass/Magic Mirror) as Gomez Addams. And, um. I would be perfectly fine with that. Just saying.
*shakes head* Oi. I'm going back to bed. Hopefully I'll wake up properly sometime later in the week. Heh.

Different note, Charming is being ... very David lately. Not sure how much I like that. The lying, honey. You remember how well the lying turned out for you last time? When the pirate captain is having a panic attack at being involved in your lies, probably you should rethink them. Just saying. *grumbles*
And Emma's list of love interests is steadily racking up. Henry's mom (Regina does the bad things so Emma won't have to? Little slashy there, yes, just a touch), Henry's dad, the pirate who has THE most complicated relationship with Henry's entire patrilineal line ... Also, Bae takes after his Dad in so many ways. Up to and including his girlfriend's taste in other men -_-; Yeah, that's going to end so well once they're all back on the same page, absolutely. Hook, darling, do you honestly have a death wish?? Well, I mean, yes, but I thought he'd gotten over it before S3 hit.
One more tiny note: Rumple apparently knew Pan as a kid. And 3x04 seemed to imply that Pan started collecting Lost Boys after he met baby!Rumple. For the love of someone, is Rumple intimately involved in everyone's backstory? Was baby!Rumple inspiring people to evil before he even knew which way was up or what?
I LOVE Gold!Rumple in Neverland, though. I love the way he's visibly trying to be the crazy, flamboyant deal-making sorcerer again, but he's just too tired and bummed and out of practice and he can't manage it. So instead he's dropping back to burning-down-castles-and-stealing-daggers desperate!Rumple from his pre-Dark One days, with more than a touch of Storybrooke Gold.
Which will obviously end well for all concerned. It's not like desperate!Rumple made any world-ending mistakes the last two times, no, definitely not. Nothing bad going to happen there at all.
Heh. So, okay. I kinda drifted away towards the tail-end of S2, but I think I can go with S3 for a while yet. At the very least, I'm all aboard with watching Rumple implode, watching Pan be creepy, and idly wondering exactly how much more effed-up Henry's entire family tree can possibly get. (We haven't even met Rumple's dad yet, after all). It's a four-generation, three-hundred-year spanning mess of betrayals and abuses and lost children and incredibly complicated relationships that apparently Rumpelstiltskin managed to screw up without even really trying, and wow, by this stage the prophecy that Henry's to be Rumple's undoing mostly seems like poetic justice, really -_-;
