HTML fail

I can't do any of it, yeah? Because I'm slow that way. I've about mastered the cut, and a few other bits. But there's one thing I can't do, and I'd really love to be able to.

Can anyone tell me how to do that thing where you hide a link behind a word? Pretty please?
