Mam and Dad got me a St Christopher medal, which is ... a complicated thing. *smiles* He's the family saint, the patron of travelers. And you can't buy a medal for yourself (I'm not quite sure why, it's just the rules, the superstition), it must be gifted to you. So ... Getting the medal, it's a ... a wish for safe travel, for protection wherever you go, a symbol of being family. Like that. Heh. Mine is silver, compared to most of the family's gold, because they remembered I prefer the white metal. *smiles*
