If you were Sleipnir, would you consider Loki to be your mother or your father? Considering that he was biologically female when he gave birth to you (also biologically a horse, but that's neither here nor there), but is now/usually biologically male, and personality-wise has pretty much always been male? *muses* I'd lean towards 'father' myself, but technically speaking ...

Edit: Changing 'personality-wise' to 'identity-wise', because a personality is not a gender, and I think the phrasing is confusing people -_-; My apologies.
