Okay, I just woke up out of a nightmare. A pretty bad one. Serves me right, I guess, for taking an nap between 8 and midnight. But ... shit! Pardon the language, but damn it all! I'm still bloody shaking!
Everyone gets 'being a victim of a serial killer' dreams, right? And I'm sure somebody else has had one where they get tortured and killed by said serial killer, except don't actually die, and sit under the trees discussing 'The Monkey's Paw' and hematite with their killer? While hearing their rather frantic thoughts along the lines of 'I'm pretty sure I just killed her. Um, why isn't she dead?'
That's not just me, right?
Oh, HELL! What did I eat or do today to bring this thing on!?!
*turns on all the lights, makes hot chocolate, tries to get up the nerve to go back to sleep*
You know what? It's nearly funny. And I think I may be slightly hysterical. *wobbly grin*
EDIT: Now that I've calmed down a little ... Wow does my brain go weird places!
